At Esthetics By Tania, all our products are sold as brand new and for personal use only. We cannot give refunds on any products sold due to health and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product, we will contact the manufacturer for a resolution.

SHIPPING INFOMATION (FRANCE)

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders 100€ and over. 

CLICK AND COLLECT SERCIVE 

No additional costs will be charged for our click and collect services at Esthetics By Tania 43 BOULEVARD ARMAND LE PRICE CONFLANS SAINTE HONORINE 78700. 

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders must be placed by 12pm CET to start processing on the same day, most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledgement. NOTE: this email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received your order.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Esthetics By Tania will be completed when we email confirmation that the goods have been dispatched and have been handed over to the designated carrier.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Esthetics By Tania does not ship on French Public Holidays as we are closed.
